1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern the entire relationship between the Player and betpr0 with respect to the use of the betpr0 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, promotional offers, and all account management functions.

1.2 By accessing betpr0.net or any associated sub-domain, creating a betpr0 account, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of betpr0 services and, if applicable, close your account.

1.3 betpr0 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on betpr0.net. Continued use of betpr0 services after amendment publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction. The betpr0 platform is strictly for use by persons aged 18 years or older. By registering a betpr0 account you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. betpr0 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be verified. Where an account is found to have been operated by an underage individual, all balances shall be forfeited without exception.

2.2 Jurisdiction. You represent that your use of betpr0 is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. betpr0 is an entertainment platform. We do not represent or warrant that access to betpr0.net is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players are solely and entirely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their place of residence and for compliance with applicable local laws before registering or depositing funds.

2.3 Mental Capacity. You represent that you are not acting under compulsion and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

2.4 betpr0 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied, at betpr0's sole discretion, without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) betpr0 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. betpr0 employs technical and manual measures to identify duplicate accounts. Upon identification of duplicate accounts, betpr0 may close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpr0 account credentials, including your password and, where enabled, your two-factor authentication codes. betpr0 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify betpr0 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability. betpr0 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or grant access to your betpr0 account to any third party. Any such transfer or attempted transfer is void and constitutes grounds for account closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 betpr0 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency, and Skrill. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed on the betpr0 deposit page at time of transaction.

4.2 betpr0 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or unverified payment sources may be rejected and refunded, less any applicable transfer fees incurred by betpr0.

4.3 betpr0 operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as its default currency for Pakistani players. Deposits made in foreign currencies via USDT or Skrill will be converted at the prevailing rate at time of deposit. betpr0 does not charge currency conversion fees, however exchange rates applied are those available to betpr0 at time of processing.

4.4 Deposits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where betpr0 determines, in its sole discretion, that a deposit was made in error prior to any wagering activity.

4.5 betpr0 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Third-party fees levied by payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit as a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention measure. betpr0 reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal methods in specific circumstances and will communicate such requirements to the Player directly.

5.2 KYC Verification. betpr0 will require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Players are required to submit KYC documents through the betpr0 account verification section. Delays in document submission will delay withdrawal processing. betpr0 is not liable for delays arising from a Player's failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner.

5.3 betpr0 targets withdrawal processing within twenty-four (24) hours for fully verified accounts via JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–4 banking hours during standard business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within twelve (12) hours of request. These are target processing times and not guarantees — processing may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, or in cases requiring additional verification.

5.4 betpr0 does not charge platform withdrawal fees. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the betpr0 withdrawal page at time of request.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 betpr0 may offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at time of offering, which are incorporated into and subject to these Terms.

6.2 Unless otherwise explicitly stated in specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each offer's terms.

6.3 betpr0 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings where betpr0 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has exploited promotional offers, created multiple accounts to claim offers, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse. Collusion between players to exploit promotions is strictly prohibited.

6.4 betpr0 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any ongoing promotion at any time with notice where practicable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpr0 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with betpr0 games or betting markets;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in betpr0 systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any betpr0 game or market;
• Match fixing or manipulating sporting events on which betpr0 offers betting markets;
• Money laundering or using betpr0 for any purpose connected to criminal activity;
• Creating accounts using false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Registering duplicate accounts for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions;
• Using stolen, third-party, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a betpr0 account;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards betpr0 staff or other platform users.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

8.1 All casino games on betpr0 — including slots, live dealer tables, and fishing games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. Game mathematics, RTP (return to player) percentages, and rules are set by the respective game providers and applied consistently for all betpr0 players.

8.2 betpr0 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player. Slot RTP data is available from game providers and is not altered by betpr0.

8.3 Sports betting odds are set and adjusted by betpr0's trading systems. betpr0 reserves the right to void bets where pricing errors, data feed failures, or circumstances beyond betpr0's control have affected market integrity. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's betpr0 wallet.

8.4 In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session, betpr0 will review the session log and determine the appropriate outcome in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. betpr0's determination on such matters is final.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 betpr0 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and session time reminders from their account settings at any time. These limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period determined by betpr0.

9.2 Self-exclusion is available to all betpr0 players. A self-excluded player is blocked from accessing their betpr0 account for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. 10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on betpr0.net — including but not limited to graphics, logos, game interfaces, written content, software, and platform architecture — is the intellectual property of betpr0 or its licensors. No part of the betpr0 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without betpr0's prior written consent.

10.2 betpr0 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use betpr0.net solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence is revocable and does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 betpr0 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. betpr0 does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific gaming outcomes.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betpr0 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the betpr0 platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, missed betting opportunities due to technical downtime, or actions of third-party payment providers.

11.3 betpr0's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their betpr0 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your betpr0 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal of any remaining verified balance must be completed before account closure or will be processed as part of the closure procedure following KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by betpr0. betpr0 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) account activity suggests fraudulent, criminal, or AML-relevant conduct; (c) a regulatory obligation requires account closure; or (d) betpr0 determines in its sole discretion that continuing the account relationship is not appropriate. Where betpr0 terminates an account for reasons attributable to the Player's breach, betpr0 may forfeit all or part of the account balance.

13. Amendments to Terms

13.1 betpr0 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via a notice on betpr0.net and, where practicable, via email to the registered account address. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this page.

13.2 Your continued use of betpr0 services after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using betpr0 and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to betpr0's operating jurisdiction. Players are reminded that betpr0 is an entertainment platform and that gambling may be subject to local legal restrictions. Compliance with local law is the sole responsibility of each Player.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by the betpr0 complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of betpr0's operating jurisdiction, to which you agree to submit for the purpose of any legal proceedings.
